Issue with HIP-RA?

When I was studying for the midterm, I read the Menengai report that you can find attached. In page 3, the authors describe the heat equation they used for the resource assessment. I noticed that the units of heat were in MEGAWATTS but I did not see any time parameter. So I did a dimensional analysis and found that the equation is actually in units of energy on MJ. Am I missing something here, or did I do the dimensional analysis wrong? I’m curious about understanding that, because I want to understand how GEOPHIRES calculates the megawatts.
