Hybrid Hourly vs Houry Lifetime outputs

Describe the bug

For hybrid configurations, the following models report Year 1 outputs:

• Wind
• PVWatts
• Generic System

These models report lifetime outputs:

• Battery
• Photovoltaic (pvsamv1)
• Fuel Cell

The result is that "system power generated" and other outputs cannot be plotted on the same graph or put in the same table:

This graph makes it appear that battery and fuel cell operate without wind, PV, and generic system after Year 1:

Expected behavior

For hybrid systems, all models should run in lifetime mode.

Note that, unrelated to this, I've got another project that may need lifetime outputs for the wind model. Discussing whether wind could fund that improvement.
