Update IPH model system diagrams #1936

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The system diagrams on the System Design tab for the IPH tower and trough models are the same diagrams used for their respective CSP models. This is likely confusing, because the diagrams show a Power Cycle, which the IPH models do not have.

Replace IPH Tower and Trough system diagrams with schematics that represent IPH systems.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Remove the system diagram from the IPH Tower and Trough models.
