Connect (reorg?) with internal fastsim-calibration repo

This repo should be connected somehow with the outputs of the internal fastsim-calibration repo https://github.nrel.gov/MBAP/fastsim-calibration

A possible reorg might be nice, depending on Google's dependence on the existing vehicles.csv file.
