Return TI as a field

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Is there a possibility to return a field of the turbulence intensity at desired locations throughout the farm, much like with the get_flow_data function? At the moment this function does only return velocities.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if one could sample the turbulence intensity at e.g. a horizontal plane to visualize the wake added turbulence and a possible heterogeneous ambient TI. At the moment the former seems only possible to me through direct calls to the wake turbulence model function.

Thank you for your request. It is not currently possible to return TI (either ambient or wake-added) at arbitrary points. This has been a feature discussed previously and we are hoping to support more field values such as this within the upcoming FLORIS v3 release. I will update this issue when that feature becomes available.

That being said, if you have an idea of how to implement, we would highly encourage you to open a pull request and we can work with you to implement such a feature in the current version.
