Re-activate tests #100
Description
Temporarily deactivated tests once we fixed the diagonal penalty due to longer distance. All easy tests were modified, but these two require more work. It might be a good time to create some support for testing. The two tests pointed below could be simplified with some auxiliary functions::
- test_sample_cost_function_get_3x3()
- test_simple_cost_function_get_3x3()
