spconv-v1.1.10 for aarch64 with CUDA-12.x #340

I went through some old commits for 3DSparseConvolution library but couldn't find any binary file for libspconv-v1.1.10 for aarch64 with CUDA-12.x.
In the latest commit for spconv-v1.1.10 here, I could only find binary for aarch64 with CUDA-11.x.
Could you please provide binary for aarch64 with CUDA-12.x for spconv-v1.1.10?
Due to some constraints in spconv-v1.2.1, I want to use the older version on Jetson Orin with Jetpack-6.1 which has CUDA-12 on it for my project.
