Describe the bug
Address search on ZOLA Planning Map not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'zola.planning.nyc.gov'
Click on Address Search Field, begin to street address in NYC

Expected behavior
The field would auto-populate with possible Street, City ZIP info and the Zoning info for the address would display
