NANOVNA Saver

This program has been working. Now, it won't start, with the errors:

I receive the same error when I have my NANOVNA unplugged from the computer.
Ideas?

Dunno, NanoVNASaver scans all serial ports by default and Windows decides, that it won't accept the program to do so...

Unluckily it works in my Windows 11 VM
