Updated Ubuntu 22.04 Image and Docker Setup Guide

Hi,

Thanks for maintaining this project! I was wondering if you could release an updated version that works smoothly with Ubuntu 22.04. It would also be great if you could provide an updated guide for running it with Docker.

Would appreciate updated guide for running with docker, I keep running into 502s when trying to set it up using docker.

I'm not sure if the project is maintained. There have been no new releases for many years.

Actually I was able to get it working after 2 days of trying using this package - https://github.com/orgs/NREL/packages/container/api-umbrella/470170684?tag=1.5.9. I think they are still rolling these out.

I tried a few more api gateways and came back to this since most of the "OSS" ones are severly restricted, at least for my use case. This is a great project!
