Create Whindex Query tests #3277
Description
We need query tests against whindex data. We have unit tests for the whindex visitor, but do not have any tests that test the entire query path. There is a separate PR up for some whindex ingest infrastructure that this may be blocked on (#2826).
An example that was broken previously (fixed with #3275) was where the second field for the whindex was case dependent. The eval only clause created by the whindex feature was not normalized and this resulted in missing documents. At a minimum this case needs to be covered
