Cannot Run Java Scripts?

I have been using some Java scripts for my projects, but since release 11.3 and beyond I have gotten the error

detail: The class could not be found. It must be the public class of the .java file: scriptNameHere

except I have public class scriptNameHere extends GhidraScript{ with public void run() throws Exception and it was working in the versions prior. In fact, I tried running the pre-installed scripts and got the same error. I use the latest stable version of OpenJDK as the Java directory as I did in the previous version(s).

Is it possible I messed something up in the new configuration, and if so, how can I fix it?

some other scripts just return the same error as before.

I've never seen such a corrupt scripting state, unfortunately. Perhaps do a ./support/ghidraClean, if you are willing to lose any tool customization you may have made.

DWARF_ExtractorScript.java hasn't existed in a while (11.0.3'ish). Do you have some kind of perpetual ghidra dir that is the accumulation of past versions?

Yeah, shamefully, that was the issue. Wiped the install folder, put in a fresh download and it works fine now.
