Improve zap module flexibility/modularity

The zap module should be able to consume a number of different actions, not limited to an optional swap and 1 action.

Ideally we provide presets for common actions like depositing, withdrawing, minting, transfering, etc. but enable users to pass in anything.

Swaps should be automatically configured if an action consumes a token that isn't the same as the user's input or the output of the previous action.
