I have new openbox nebra indoor rockpi version.... successfully update firmware with Nebra OpenFleet, then install helium and helium wallet app... pairing the miner with the app... now need a location assert... anyways... just want to clarify if pay usd10 for the location, everything's good to go? still can make hnt/iot/mobile token or no more ongoing project?

Yes, it will earn HNT. You can use https://explorer.moken.io/ to see what hotspots around you are earning to get a rough estimate of how much you can expect to earn.

This package box said $40 for onboarding and $10 for location assert.. still apply when this is my 1st time using? sorry dont know much about this nebra... only notice in helium wallet ask $10 for location assert...

The one-time onboarding fee to onboard a hotspot has been reduced to $10 (1,000,000 DC), and the location assertion fee has been reduced to $1 (100,000 DC). You'll have to pay those yourself, as Nebra stopped topping up their onboarding account.

total $11? no more + $40? then its ok... so i have to transfer some SOL to helium wallet and swap to DC or HNT right? that what i understand.... after that.. in helium apps set the location assert... pay using balance in helium wallet

Yes, the total to onboard a new hotspot is $11 ($10 onboarding fee, $1 location assertion fee). You'll need to get $11 worth of HNT, then in the black Helium Wallet app, swap that HNT to 1,100,000 DC to cover both fees. Also make sure you have at least 0.02 SOL at all times to cover transaction fees.
