Add hardware definitions for

  • pycom
  • syncrobit cm4
  • risinghf
  • linxdot radxa cm3
  • syncrobit radxa cm3

These are all based on Raspberry Pi or Radxa boards

Linxdot Radxa CM3 might actually not be a trade cm3. Looks like possibly some other rockchip part.
