Pull in Alaskan lake data #4
Description
When we run the script through R, the data from the hydrography database for Alaska (https://prd-tnm.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html?prefix=StagedProducts/Hydrography/NHD/State/HighResolution/Shape/ -> NHD_H_Alaska_State_Shape.zip) can be downloaded, but it seems like there is an error either in extracting the files, or loading them into R.
We might need to solve this using a pure gdal implementation.
