DBpedia entity resolver #38
Description
Add a general-purpose entity resolver using DBpedia Spotlight. This will enhance the use of non-medical corpora.
DBpedia Spotlight offers an API (https://www.dbpedia-spotlight.org/api) with multi-language support, unlike the SciSpaCy resolver, which only supports English. It can also be deployed locally with Docker, so we need to support URL overwriting.
