Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect customer cards from the NethVoice wizard
  2. Access the CTI
  3. Go to Settings > Customer Cards and enable 'Show "on incoming call" or "on Answer"

Expected behavior
When a call a call arrives or is answered from a contact, the corresponding customer card should open.

Actual behavior
When an incoming call is received, the corresponding customer record should automatically open. However, this behavior is inconsistent.

  • If the CTI setting is configured to trigger on call answer, the customer record opens intermittently.
  • If the CTI setting is configured to trigger on incoming call, the customer record fails to open.
  • In some cases, the record opens, but the URL is incomplete and does not include the caller’s phone number.
