Add FAQ to developers section of the docs

Add FAQ to the developers section of the docs, especially the building from source section.

Common issues faced when building from source.

e.g Clearing the artifacts directory when updating repo (pull) to avoid isssues with plugin load on start up 
and many other issues that are common.

**This might be more suited for a GitHub repo wiki, though.**
