Don't highlight in docs streaming a snapshot vs downloading

Currently docs reflect streaming a snapshot as the best way of setting it up but there are issues such as flaky network connection which make getting a snapshot this way unreliable,

We should update the docs such that downloading and decompressing are the main one and offer the streaming option when users are low on space.
