Mod Counts for collections incorrect

Summary of Current behaviour

The counts of mods in collections appears to be a higher than it is on the website.

Details:

Collections in the app are displaying a count higher than the number of mods.

Steps to reproduce

Download a collection in the app the number that appears next to required is higher than the number of mods in the collection.

What is the expected behaviour?

It matches the website.

Additional information on this is that the number is correct before you install the collection. So for welcome to night city the uninstalled count on the collection download page is correct 257, then when you install it changes the number to 715
