Can´t start WinUI

Hello,

I cant start the App within Windows 11 (newest version).

No matter which Tagger version I am installing, I will always get en error message that the correct Winap Runtime is not instlalled (see screenshot).

Trying to install the Runtime doesnt help the error.

I think this actually relies on the project packaging, this should be fixed as soon as possible since the app is in unusable state at this point @NickvisionApps
