upgrade `package.json` and `composer.json` libraries' version

As you might know, there's a lot of outdated packages / libraries, last time this repository is maintained is when I'm still at 5th Semester. So, it might need some extra work to tests if all functionalities are working as intended.

Any PR regarding the update are welcome. Let me know if you want to participate and I will assign you to the issue.
