Will gimme-aws-creds work with AWS Identity Center ?
If so are there examples of that configuration ?

You mean Okta Identity Engine? See this https://github.com/Nike-Inc/gimme-aws-creds?tab=readme-ov-file#using-gimme-aws-creds-with-okta-identity-engine and beware of this #485 if you're on Python3.13 and have a ~/.netrc file in place (otherwise no issues from what I can see from my tests with OIE).
