Windows installer is broken in release pipeline #134
Description
The CD pipeline was failing die to a security issue in Wix v4. After updating to Wix toolset 4.0.5 (the first fixed version) the pipeline fails with other errors and I have been unable to get those fixed.
On my windows machine, the current Wix setup works! I can build the installer locally.
