More missing changes because of repo format

There seem to be a lot more changes than just #1531 being missing since the repo format PR #1496.

For example e9a0908 that added common-gpu-nvidia-<architecture> module names to flake.nix from #1504.
Or 12b4b1a that added tuxedo-infinitybook-pro14-gen9-amd module. The module exists (since ./tuxedo/infinitybook/pro14/gen9/amd/default.nix was newly added) but is missing in flake.nix

I believe this happened when locally merging upstream changes in 511ea8f, 700dbb6, and 6038f6e but preferring the local changes from the formatting commit (51e51e6) and thereby disregarding upstream.
