Describe the bug

When loading mod_auth_mellon httpd fails to start, because it does not properly load the required libraries.
The following error occurs:
httpd: Syntax error on line 68 of /etc/httpd/httpd.conf: Cannot load /nix/store/0rzin7zjbkzdwxy0sxh63bxkyw65pjmc-mod_auth_mellon-0.19.1/modules/mod_auth_mellon.so into server: /nix/store/c1hdpwdzhprm1qm666bd7hj6klkcn6r0-lasso-2.8.2/lib/liblasso.so.3: undefined symbol: xmlSecCryptoAppKeyLoad

Try to start HTTPd with the described module

Expected behaviour

the module should load correctly and httpd should start
