eas-cli: most commands are not found

Describe the bug

eas-cli is missing most commands/functionalities.

Steps to reproduce

When you run eas you will only see autocomplete and help under COMMANDS section. TARGETS section which lists (account, branch, build, etc.) is entirely missing.

Expected behaviour

all commands of eas-cli should be available.
