Fetching npm deps from multiple lock files

I want to fetch dependency's from multiple lock files during one build.
The way that i think that this could be implemented is making prefetch-npm-deps take either a package lock file or a directory where it would find all of the lock files in it and its directories.
I mainly just created this issue to get feedback on if this is a good idea.

Specifically im trying to build AdvanatageScope which uses docusaurus, so it has a second pair of package.json and package-lock.json for building the docs.

Try using a second buildNpmPackage with sourceRoot pointing to the docs directory.
