StringMatcher Undefine on Eclipse 2024-09

Does anyone know whether this plugin still being actively developed/updated? This plugin doesn't work with the latest version of Eclipse JEE 2024-09. The toolbar icon is also not active and any attempt to access the plugin icon results in the following message:

I installed the version available on this Github site:

I can open a PR with updates. However, it seems there is no information about contributing. Any infor/reply will truly be appreciated.
