https://github.com/NuGet/Home/wiki/Centrally-managing-NuGet-package-versions seems to be inconsistent with https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/compatibility/sdk/5.0/directory-packages-props-imported-by-default
Which says it's implemented in .net 5.

Is this just an msbuild/dotnet vs nuget thing implementation not matching yet?
