Import/Reference external nuget.config file?

Is it possible to import an external nuget.config into a config file?

for example:
In a random location c:\dummy\nuget.config or unc path \\mydevhome\\nuget.cofig, I have this simple config

<packageSources>
    <add key="Contoso" value="https://contoso.com/packages/" />
</packageSources>

on my machine in file %appdata%\NuGet\NuGet.Config, I would like to say import the above file and merge the settings

<importConfig>
    <add value="c:\dummy\nuget.config" />
</importConfig>
<packageSources>
   <add key="nuget.org" value="https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json" />
</packageSources>

Idea is to have a nuget.config which can be configured globally and everyone who imported the file will get the changes.

similar how on msbuild and tasks can use Import Task

Also couldn't find an environment variable, or a setting (on a windows machine) where I could set a custom/external file to look up.

On Mac/Linux it seems I could use $NUGET_COMMON_APPLICATION_DATA to specify a location that is accessable company wide.

Is there really no way, to have 1 shared nuget.config file, that can be used by many computers without the necessasity to push that file locally to all computers?
