Nuget push failure for pushing MSQuic packages

Facing this error while pushing package to nuget.org

Unable to load the service index for source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json.
An error occurred while sending the request.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.
NuGet.Protocol.Core.Types.FatalProtocolException: Unable to load the service index for source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json. ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. ---> System.IO.IOException: Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.

Any pointers would be appeciated.
