Before leaving the server, a player does not get some achievements correctly even if the taters already got fully collected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join the server.
2. Collect any needed taters in the ways.
3. Leave & rejoin the server.
4. Pick up any collected tater heads.

Observed results:

A player seems not geting the achievements correctly without rejoining the server.

Expected results:

A player should get the achievements correctly only after collecting needed taters.
