问题

• 无法设置 attribute modifier
• 没有 condition 的命令接口
• power reorder 没有正确的补全
• power add [item] 和 description [item] add ? 命令语义逻辑不一致，应都使用 /rpgitem cmd item operation param... 的形式
• togglebar 和 barformat 可以合并进 durability，参数为 NONE 和 barformat 的所有参数。
• potionhit 无效

新功能

• trigger breakblock / interact block / specific block condition
• trigger killentity / interact entity / specific entity condition
• repair item match rules (exact / item / name / lore / enchant / tag / etc)
• power delayed sound
• power change block (from any or specific to specific, by interact/breakblock trigger)
• power change item (from specific in inventory/specific slot, to specific item, can be added multiple times per rpgitem)
