In version 17, when attempting to create a new mandate and selecting a bank account associated with a contact in the "Bank Account" field, Odoo displays all available bank accounts in the system for selection.
This differs from previous versions, where the field applied a filter and only allowed selection of bank accounts linked specifically to the selected contact for the mandate.

To Reproduce
Create a bank account and assign it to a contact.
Click the Mandates button to create a new one.
In the new window, try to assign the bank account in the Bank Account field.
