[17.0] mgmtsystem_nonconformity: button "Non Conformities" in the chatter doesn't open anything

Describe the bug

The button "Non Conformities" in the chatter doesn't work. It's supposed to open the related Non Conformities but actually doesn't do anything.

To Reproduce

17.0:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In Runboat: open a form of whatever record having a mail chatter.
2. Click on the button "Non Conformities" (small triangle icon on the top-right of the chatter)
3. The button doesn't do anything.

Expected behavior
The button should open the "Non Conformities".

Also (just noticed) when changing anything in the settings, the changes are not actually saved.

• go to Management System -> Configuration -> Settings -> Knowledge
• change something in the settings of Management Systems
• press Save: the changes are not saved

You can repeat the test you mentioned. I just tried it and it works correctly. It's been fixed for a couple of weeks now.
The two bugs you mentioned have been fixed.
