sale_order_revision not require to cancel the order before creating a revision

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The buttom "create a new revision" only shows up after cancelling the current sales order quotation.
Customer many times wants to explore other combinations/configurations of products, but ends up purchasing the initial or a previous version of the SQ

Describe the solution you'd like
Not to be required to cancel the order before being able to create a revision of the SQ. That would allow sales person to make many revisions until customer is decided. After customer decided which revision they want to purchase, sales person would confirm that revision and have the option to "cancel all related revisions of that order" at once
