[16.0] stock_quantity_history_location: Not working filter by location in Valuation report

Describe the bug

The module states that you should be able to filter by location and date when you are reading the valuation report.

To Reproduce

V16

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Go to inventory
2.Open the valuation report
3. Click on the "valuation at date" button.
4. Choose a location and date, then confirm
5. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
In the inventory valuation report you should be able to filter by location and date.
