[17.0] stock_quantity_history_location: Not working filter by location and date in Locations

Describe the bug
The module states that you should be able to filter stock by location and date

To Reproduce
V17

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Go to inventory
2.Open the Report -> Locations
3. Click on the "Inventory at date & location" button.
4. Choose a location and date, then confirm
5. Shows all the products not filtered by the location

Expected behavior
Should show the stock of products on x location for y date

Additional context result when not working:
