[17.0] stock_restrict_lot: edit restricted lot in stock move

In the current version of the module, field restrict_lot_id in stock.move cannot be modified, which can cause problems when for some reason the lot that was originally planned to be sent or received cannot be processed.

A solution could be to create a new group whose members would be allowed to modify the restrict_lot_id field in stock.move, so the selected lot in stock.move.line could be changed if needed.
