Port visualization tools from Plotly from IGM and OGGM 3DViz

Since plotly is also available as a backend in plots, it would be nice to port the visualisation code from Oscar to visualise simulations for ODINN. 

Same goes with the 3D viz tool from OGGM, this one should be easily useable since we already have a dependency on OGGM: https://github.com/OGGM/oggm-3dviz
