Latest version is not backward compatible with CSV Media formatter provided in the samples

CSV media formatter samples provided in this link https://github.com/OData/ODataSamples/tree/master/Scenarios/CustomFormat/ODataSamples.CustomFormatService/Formaters/CSV is not workiing latest version, it is working with 6.9

Looks like few things have changed with the latest version, if this samples wont work anymore, please provide sample for CSV media formatter. It'd be really helpful. Thanks

Reproduce steps

1. Take the samples from the link https://github.com/OData/ODataSamples/tree/master/Scenarios/CustomFormat/ODataSamples.CustomFormatService/Formaters/CSV
2. Compile it, it will throw an error
