Hi osl dynamics dev team,

I am working with the tinda algorithm and I adapted some code that I got from Mats for the calculation of the cycle duration, might be useful for others.
The script loads tinda output (provided by the tinda_example.py script) and state time courses for each sample and each session (vertical stacking).
Next we fit a second hmm on the best group cycle sequence and calculate cycle duration per patient and session (list of length nsubs*nsessions).
