Source Reconstruction Results Are All Zeros on Brain Surface

Hi everyone,

I recently followed the tutorial of Group Analysis of Source-space Data to perform source estimation, and after completing the process of beamforming, I saved the source estimation data for further analysis. However, when I visualized the data, I noticed that all the data values on the brain surface are zero.

I'm trying to understand:
What might have caused this issue?
How can I resolve it to obtain meaningful results?

Hi @XinlingChen , Have you checked if the data itself contains zeros, and if so, at what stage do the zeros appear (i.e., if you follow the pipeline, when do you go from full data to only zeros?)
