Description
Recently, this paper was published, detailing a method for generating pseudo-MRI's from MRI templates, for subjects that don't have an individualized scan. They have a Python toolbox available, and it might be an interesting option to include wrappers to out source_recon module. Also flagging it here because it might be of general interest to people using osl-ephys.
