Plugin manager is blank / bugged

Expected Behavior

I should be able to browse the Plugin Manager and install plugins from the web.

Actual Behavior

Plugin manager is blank when I open it. When I try to "install to desktop" a plugin from the web, ONLYOFFICE opens and nothing happens.

When I go into "Developer Mode" and input a link, I get the error "This version of "Plugin Manager" is not official."

I can't seem to use plugins at all.
