plugin autostart not woring

8.2.0.143

Expected Behavior

when i write my own plugins,the autostart is not working on docker 8.2.0.143.
it`s working on 8.1

Actual Behavior

                    'pluginsData' => [$host . 'plugins/invoice/config.json',]
                ]

this is my plugin,not auto start on docker 8.2.0.143
