[SPIKE ] Safari manual component test

After finding the Safari issue on the Footer PR. Before the investigation into cross browser testing we think it would be good to do a manual test of all the components in Safari v12 and later, just to check that all components look and work as expected.

This will be a manual test to go through all the examples in the DS have a look at them and try to spot any differences. This test should initially be using the latest version. We may then decide to use older versions. We can use Browserstack to get specific versions of Safari.

Spike outcomes

• Provide list of affected components
• Raise new tickets to resolve issues
• Recommend if older versions of Safari should be tested / how many versions we will support
