Gain access to DS Netlify account

Description
Currently we don't have access to the DS Netlify account, we have the username and password documented on confluence but we don't have the details for the 2FA or any recovery codes. We need access to this to enable us to log in and change things if we get a problem.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Identify owner of the DS Netlify account
2. Recovery codes and 2FA for the DS Netlify account are documented and securely stored in Confluence.
3. Team members can log in to the DS Netlify account without encountering 2FA issues.
4. A backup plan is established to ensure continuous access to the DS Netlify account in case of future issues.
